A Day Of Hauling

     I see geese and ducks flying on both sides of me,

     They are trying to avoid getting hit by the waves I’m making with the tractor and spreader,

     I start the spreader and poop flies like fireworks,

     I hear the tractor engine as I drive down the field with the sound of the spreader shaking,

     I turn my head and with bad luck manure lands in my mouth,

     I stop the spreader and head back,

     I see black and white creatures walking around eating grass while I come in,

     The cows don’t even take notice of me,

     And all the while I do this again and again.
