Clarinet
Black-painted wood shining in the light
Silvery keys smooth to the touch
Wanting to play music
Heading outside
Cattle eating
Stench drifting my way
Turning their heads, staring intently
The noise making was incredible-
To me at least
Cats seem to be dancing around my feet
My sisters coming out
Insisting on having their own turns
Wiping off the reed
My parents smiling
Heading back inside
Playing until sunset
Impressed by my newfound talent
