Defense Closing Statement
The closing statement should be a word processed document that covers in detail the following items:
- Summary of facts presented.
- Restatement of the crime and the ethics involved in punishment.
- Suitable punishment recommendation.
- Use persuasive strategies: Give Precedent, Predict Results, Call for Fairness, and Respond to Objections.
