Question Analysis

 


This is a word processed document. It provides the rationale of the arguments. It should include the following things:

 

  • Who will be the witnesses? Why?
  • List of witness questions. What questions will be asked to which witnesses? Why?
  • Questions should consider the following points:
  • -Clear and concise ( to the point).
  • -Know the answers to questions before they are asked.
  • -Can include theory questions, "What if..."
  • -Visual aides such as graphs, charts, pictures...
  • Sequence of questioning rationale. What questions will be asked first? What questions will be asked last? Why?
